For DPF cleaning within 90 miles of our shop, we'll pick up your filter and bring it back.
When a filter is past cleaning, we stock direct-replacement DPFs, DOCs, NOx sensors, clamps and gaskets for Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Navistar/International, Paccar, Volvo and more. DPFXFIT DPFs and DOCs include clamps and gaskets and carry a 3-year unlimited-mileage manufacturer warranty.

DPF cleaning is $300 and EGR cooler cleaning is $300. DOC cleaning is $80 when it's cleaned with a DPF, or $300 for a DOC on its own. Save $25 on each item when you drop it off and pick it up at our shop.
DPF cleaning has a 24-hour turnaround. EGR cooler cleaning has a 48-hour turnaround. Turnaround starts when your part arrives at our shop, so if you ship it in, add transit time each way.
Regeneration burns off soot while the filter is on the vehicle, but it leaves ash behind. Off-vehicle cleaning removes the ash that regeneration can't.
